Dress Attire - We would like our members and their guests to strike the perfect balance between smart casual and dressy. While suits and ties are not required we do request that our guests dress in a manner that respects the elegance of the venue.
Tickets - $100
The maximum number of guests/tickets that will be distributed is 1,000. This is the maximum under the fire code for the facility.
Event Highlights:
- “Free Flow Event” – no formal seating, non-stop entertainment (seating options will be provided throughout the facility but it will not be assigned seating)
- “5 Hour Cocktail Hour” – food stations change throughout the evening
- Cigar Bar
- Fireworks
- Roaming “Street Magician”
- Live Music featuring the Nerds and Sweet Tea Trio
Approximate Schedule of the Event:
- 6:00pm – 7:10pm – Welcome! Cocktail Hour in Grand Foyer
- 7:10pm – 7:30pm – Celebration Video and Anniversary Toast in Grand Foyer
- Starting at 7:30pm – The Nerds perform in the East House / Sweet Tea Trio perform in the West House
- 9:00pm – Fireworks Outside (Viewable from all patios)
- 7:30pm – 11:00pm – Cigar Bar on the patio
